We only have 3 weeks until the dark period (the period during finals when you cannot hold events or make purchases). That means all of your last requests should be in progress!

CONTINGENCY
Everyone send Dr. Caudill all of your thanks and good vibes BECAUSE she approved some supplementary funding for our contingency fund!!!
That means we can open contingency back up for requests. Our process is resuming on March 14th (that's the soonest I will accept the 3-week advance planning deadline to begin). We are working with $2,500 in supplementary funding, so keep in mind that this is limited and being allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

This is your reminder to keep an eye on the timeline for requesting a Fall 2022 budget. You will receive more information through email, so please stay attentive - these deadline hard FINAL!

BUDGET WORKSHOPS BECOME AVAILABLE
This is the first step in the Fall 2022 Budget process. You MUST watch this video in order to receive a Fall 2022 budget.

BUDGET SUBMISSIONS DUE
All budgets must be submitted on CougarConnect by this time.

Monday, March 28
TENTATIVE BUDGETS RELEASE
Tentative budgets will be released by email to everyone that submitted budgets.
If you are not satisfied with the amount of funding you received, you can ask me for an overview of the reductions. You might decide to revise your submission through the appeal process.

5pm, Wednesday, March 30
APPEAL NOTICE DUE
If you would like to revise your budget submission, an appeal notice form must be filled out on CougarConnect by this time.

Tuesday, April 5
CONTINGENCY CLOSES
This is the last day that Contingency requests will be approved. You must submit a request BEFORE this day to receive funding.

FINAL BUDGETS RELEASE
Final budgets will be released on this day at the latest. After this, everything is final.
